Within your agency:

Agency admins can view the professional activity of agents within their agency (listings, deals, commissions). Personal contact details such as email are not exposed to other agents.

Service providers:

Resend — email delivery for OTP codes and notifications
Cloudinary — image and document storage for listing photos
OneSignal — push notification delivery for the mobile app
Telegram — notification delivery via Telegram bot (where enabled)
BulkSMS Nigeria — SMS credit delivery (pay-as-you-go, where used)

These providers process data only as necessary to deliver their services and are bound by their own privacy policies.

Legal requirements:

We may disclose your information if required by Nigerian law, court order, or regulatory authority.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers hosted by our cloud infrastructure provider. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

Property listings, deal records, and commission history associated with an agency are retained for the duration of the agency's account and for up to 12 months after account closure.

8. Notifications and Communications

You may disable Telegram and push notifications at any time from your account settings in the mobile app. SMS credits are opt-in and pay-as-you-go — you will only receive SMS if you have purchased credits and enabled the feature.

9. Mobile Application

Our Android mobile application may request the following permissions:

Camera / storage — to upload property photos and documents
Notifications — to deliver deal alerts and reminders
Internet access — required for all Platform features

You may revoke any permission at any time from your Android device settings. Revoking permissions may limit certain features.

10. Children's Privacy

RealHub is a professional business platform intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will delete their account promptly.

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.
